2021/22 AGM Information

To All Ellenborough Members

Dear Members, following recent advice of our AGM:

A list of all Officers and Committee Members willing to stand for the 2022 / 2023 season will be sent to you together with an Agenda.  Current Club Rules are displayed at the Club and are also available upon request from the Club Secretary. 

Formalities:

Any rule change must be proposed by and seconded by Voting Members of the Club or by the Executive Committee and must be received by the Club Secretary no later than 22 May (i.e. 10 days before the Annual General Meeting) so that all Members can be notified of these proposals before the Meeting.  Proposed Annual Subscriptions will be recommended by the Executive Committee.

Amendments to any proposal may be put forward at a General Meeting by a motion in line with Rules 5.1 to 5.3, provided that any amendment does not alter the basic purpose or intention of the original proposal.

Such nominations and proposed amendments to the rules of the Club shall be displayed on the Club Notice Board.
